Nouvelles fonctionnalités, améliorations et corrections de chaque version de l'application de bureau Export iCloud. Les notes de version elles-mêmes sont en anglais.

Version 0.2.3

  • New Korean interface, picked automatically on Korean systems.
  • The language list shows each language in its own name (Español, Français, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文, 繁體中文).
  • Fixed: on Windows with display scaling (for example 150%), the window could open larger than the screen.
  • The German, French and Spanish versions are now fully translated; before, parts of the app were shown in English or with broken accented letters.

Version 0.2.2

  • The window opens at a size that fits the screen and is centered on Windows and macOS, so nothing is hidden behind the taskbar, menu bar or Dock.
  • The macOS app now shows the Export iCloud icon, and both apps report their real version in Finder and file properties.

Version 0.2.1

  • Redeem promo codes in the subscription window for free files or a plan.
  • Fixed: once the monthly or trial quota ran out, exports stopped even though extra file packs were left.
  • Adding an account no longer asks for the iCloud region: it is detected when you sign in. The manual choice is still there if signing in keeps failing.

Version 0.2.0

  • Sign in and export with China mainland Apple IDs (iCloud operated by GCBD, icloud.com.cn): choose the iCloud region when adding an account.
  • New Simplified Chinese interface, picked automatically on Simplified Chinese systems.
  • Apple ID field accepts an email address or phone number.
  • More reliable connection to the Export iCloud service on networks behind Cloudflare.
  • Fixed: “Oldest first” exported (and, with delete after export, deleted) the newest photos. Exports now follow the chosen order, start much faster, and stop before touching anything if the order cannot be confirmed.
  • Network settings: use the system proxy, connect directly, or set an HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy, with a connection test.
  • Fixed two-factor sign-in for many accounts; the code dialog shows whether the code went to your devices or by SMS, and can resend it or text it instead.
  • Apple IDs whose iCloud is on the other region are switched automatically, and updated iCloud terms can be accepted in the app.
  • Sign-in errors now show Apple’s actual reason, e.g. when an Apple Account is not active.
  • New Accounts window: switch, sign out (keeps the account) or remove any saved account; only accounts that signed in are listed, most recent first.
  • The subscription updates by itself after paying in the browser, and checkout no longer fails after the app has been open for a while.
  • Resizing the window no longer resets the app or loses export progress.
  • Report a problem from Help: describe the issue, optionally attach the app log (passwords, codes and private links are never included), and get a ticket number.
  • Fixed: long exports failed partway with “Gone (410)” once iCloud’s download links expired; expired links are now fetched again automatically.
  • Delete after export can also remove the photos from “Recently Deleted” to free iCloud space right away (optional, asks for confirmation). Photos are only deleted once their local copy is complete.
